Production area is like a Nerve of Rubber Units and it is passing the heart pumped blood to all areas. So proper care should be taken while Production. The Shape and size of the component is given by this area. The operators working in this area are well trained and most experienced.

Moulds are fixed in the Automatic presses as per customer delivery schedule and JIT calls which will be raised daily by the customers. The preformed cut pieces from Barwell are simply loaded in the cavity and released either by pneumatic gun or manual. Balance function will be carried out by automatic presses including degassing.Each and every load is checked by the operator and the production as well as rejection is entered in Hourly monitoring chart. Line inspectors and Supervisors cross verify the charts. Line inspectors check the critical dimensions based on NRP standards as per sampling plan.

The parameters including temperature, curing time etc., in the presses are decided by the operation standards provided. Components are cured as per operation standards. The semi finished products are transferred to the deflashing area with proper identification.

Maintenance:

Maintenance is like a Bone of Rubber Units and if it cracks it is not possible to function properly.To achieve the above mentioned functions maintenance plays the main role. Without proper maintenance it is not possible to achieve good quality and not able to despatch the materials in time as per Customers demand. Maintenance is carried out as per Maintenance schedule and check lists are maintained for all machineries.
