The operators working in this area are well trained and most experienced. Proper compounding recipe is made and tested in lab for customers requirements. The recipe is displayed in mixing area. Raw material specifications are made for incoming raw materials and every lot is inspected, verified with test report given by approved suppliers along with every lot and approved as per sampling plan before issuing to mixing.

The approved raw materials are issued to production based on production indent. Another critical area in mixing is raw material weighing. The weighing of ingredients are controlled by computer aided Batch Weight Controller Machine. The ingredients are weighed as per compounding recipe. The batches are mixed as per mixing sequence provided. Master batches are mixed in kneader and final batches are mixed in Open mill adjacently.

Distinct codes are given for every batches for traceability.Test buttons and test slabs are cured as per standard provided and properly tested for specifications as per plan. The processing behavior of the batches are confirmed in Rheometer. Once the batch is passed after proper ageing it will be warmed and feeded in Barwell preformer.In barwell preformer air inside the compound is removed by using vacuum and slugs are cut for required shape and weight to avoid more wastage.
