The
finishing area is a Fine Tuning
process. Unwanted flashes are removed from
the semi finished components through various
processes including Buffing, Grinding,
Scissoring etc. After the finishing
is over the dust particles on the components
are removed by Blasting the air over the
components. Different Colour bins are utilized
for proper identification of different status
(rejected, under inspection, ok
etc.,).
100% visual Inspection is done by the well
trained inspectors by using Magnifier as
per VCS provided. Line inspectors check
the components visual as well as dimensional
before despatch. The components to be despatched
are either packed in sealed polythene bags
or kept in bins with standard quantity based
on customer requirement. Depends upon Flash
thickness and Die Design we remove flashes
using different type of processes as well
as different type of Grinding Wheels.
The Counting of the Components is done by
Unit Weighing Scale and
there is no chance of counting error. Sealing
of polythene bags is done in Pack-O-Matic
machine. The final products are Despatched
to customer end as per customer
schedule and JIT
calls.
The finishing & despatching section
is housed in a separate building to provide
clean and neat finishing and packing of
the end products. In this section, the following
