	Assimilation of requests. Availability checks. Request queues checks. Printing labels and dispatch of VCDs/DVDs. Track records of inflow and outflow. Rent collection and billing. Data upgradation. Onsite maintenance and support. Efficient follow-up services.

The solution hence had to work on improved data management, dispatching, data collection and invoicing. It also had to promote more hits. This not only required good teamwork but also accurate information, diagnostic skills, effective communications set-up, accurate data entry and minimum re-keying time.

The Sysmix Identity Solution is currently building upon an existing system and plan to implement a complete revamp of the site using the latest Microsoft .Net Tools.
